13/08/2014 Soon GWP customers will be able to record their meter readings with the help of the renewed web-site
Tbilisi customers will be able to access internet portal mygwp.ge and record their meter readings in on-line mode on the renewed GWP web-site by going to the link: http://mygwp.ge/Login.aspx
Any metered customer can make use of mygwp.ge internet portal, connect in on-line mode with GWP and send his/her meter reading which will be automatically reflected in the Company’s billing system and customer’s bill. As the result, the customer shall pay according to the meter reading given by him/her, but once per quarter a Company representative shall take meter readings. Correspondingly, once per month customers will be receiving payment generated according to the readings taken by the Company representative and also a bill.
In order to enable customers to make use of internet portal service, they will conclude an agreement at Service Centres as access to mygwp.ge will be possible only with the help of a unique password given to a customer having concluded the agreement. The customer shall be receiving a renewed password each month by SMS or on mobile phone, given in the agreement.
We would like to remind you that GWP has put into operation one more new service on its modernized web-site http://www.georgianwater.com/ - through on-line chat customers can communicate with the Company in interactive mode. From 9 a.m. till midnight any interested person can visit online-chat and communicate with a chat operator in on-line mode about water supply or any other service.
